All of our WHMCS Themes have been updated for full compatibility with the latest versions of WHMCS, 8.11.0.

Control WHMCS Theme Version 1.3.0 Released

Control WHMCS theme version 1.3.0 was released today on 16 September 2016.

This is our third major update for Control theme which introduces a significant number of new features based on customer feedback, as follows:

  • Introduces compatibility for the following official WHMCS addons:
  • Introduces compatibility for the cPanel Extended third party addon by Modules Garden
  • Introduces new theme options and functionality for the main navigation menu display, including:
    • Option to specify whether full or minimized menu is shown by default
    • Option to auto minimize the menu on all cart pages (to remove distraction during purchase / checkout process)
    • Option to save menu state across pages (enabled by default)
  • Introduces new theme options and functionality to make it easier to load a custom color scheme / stylesheet
  • Introduces new theme option to set an optional maximum width for the main content area
  • Introduces new cart options and functionality for all shopping cart templates to specify how the sidebar should be shown and behave, including:
    • Option to permanently show the cart sidebar, or have it initially hidden and revealed by clicking the “Show Sidebar” button (the latter option is the current behaviour)
    • When the sidebar is hidden, you can choose the method by which it is revealed, either by sliding the main content to the left, and partially off the screen, whilst the sidebar is shown (this is the current behaviour), or by “squashing” the main content to make way for the sidebar.
    • Option to save menu state across pages (enabled by default)
  • Introduces a new cart option and functionality to specify how the order summary table is shown on the Configure Product page, either at the bottom of the page (the current behaviour) or at the side of the page (with an additional option to enable auto scrolling behaviour)
  • Includes latest version of Font Awesome directly within theme files to allow for use of recently released icons (such as fa-percent)
  • Various other updates and improvements to the underlying code base throughout all cart templates

This release also includes the following minor updates and bug fixes:

  • Fixes issue with long emails not printing in their entirety when using print button on client area email history page
  • CSS fix to improve display of tld dropdown menu on register/transfer domain form when displaying large number of tlds
  • Changes edit link on view cart page to use $LANG variable (allowing for translation)
  • Changes option group labels in cart templates sidebar-categories-collapsed.tpl to use $LANG variable (allowing for translation)
  • CSS fix to ensure primary nav displays at full page height on IE 10/11
  • Improvements to JS on compare cart templates, to ensure product panels resize correctly on browser/window resize

This version is compatible with WHMCS version 6.3.1.
